Spring School 2023 - Surviving as a Trainer-The First 2 Years (spring2423)

The first two years of training are a steep learning curve for many, and this workshop is designed for newly qualified GP trainers but is just as helpful for experienced trainers! This workshop looks at my initial years as a GP trainer, with the added benefit of becoming a GP TPD early on in this journey-giving me a "shortcut" to all the answers. It I’ll be an interactive workshop that will help with becoming comfortable with WBPA/ARCP requirements, the difference between educator and employer and the fear of the trainees’ experiencing difficulties.
