All ST3s now have to complete a leadership activity and leadership MSF

How can me maximise the educational value of this?

This workshop will introduce some ideas of leadership, micro leadership and learning for followership in the context of ST3 requirements. Alan is a GP and former TPD who is now GP director for the South Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub in this role he co-ordinates a multidisciplinary leadership programme.
