Spring School 2023 - Supporting my Trainee as an Educational Supervision – ES Role and ESRs and ARCPs (spring2323)

This workshop will provide an update on the Educational Supervision Reporting processes and the role/purpose of the ARCP process that follows. With the need for supervision for ever increasing numbers of trainees among busy schedules we will have a focus on how much supervision is enough. Whilst I will have some pre-prepared update material, we will ensure there is plenty of Q&A time – the agenda will be considered fluid.
