Spring School - The Power and Impact of Coaching and Mentoring (Spring0523)

Having been a Coach and Mentor for about four years with HEEYH and RCGP, I shall be covering the relevant perspectives of Coaching and Mentoring in my session and how these interventions can bring change and benefit people/trainees. My session will cover basics of Coaching and Mentoring, differences between them, besides outlining their aspects, approaches and how they are different from other forms of support, i.e. counselling. I will also talk about who should seek coaching/mentoring and how to access / signpost to these services. Finally, I aim to touch upon Resilience Coaching, something I am passionate about, especially in a Pandemic we are currently recovering from, with immensely positive results in my coaches.
