Spring School 2023- Aspects of the English Language - Helping trainees (and trainers) in Linguistic Difficulty (spring112023)

How well do you know the English language? This F2F workshop will focus on aspects of English which you didn't know, and on linguistic features the native speaker knows but doesn't know they know. Trainees who have learnt English as a foreign language may be in linguistic difficulty and need some guidance from you. Understanding some of the idiosyncrasies of your own language may help your communication skills too and give a fresh insight into topics like the debate on 'preferred' pronouns.
