Spring School 2023- Neurodiversity in Practice (spring122023)

We are increasingly aware of the presence of neurodivergence amongst the trainees (and trainers) with whom we work. We know that additional time in the AKT can be helpful, but what helps in the workplace? In this workshop, we will use case studies / small group discussion to explore how we can practically support neurodivergent colleagues within the workplace.
