Spring School 2023 - Managing Multiple Trainees (Spring0223)

Dealing with multiple trainees can be difficult as a trainer; this interactive workshop will focus on the challenges as well as the opportunities when we are supervising numerous trainees within one practice; we will discuss strategies to effectively lead tutorials/ complete workplace-based assessments with significant time pressures in the context of multiple trainees with different learning needs.

Mandatory: Doctor
