Aims | You will take away practical accessible tools that you and your trainees can weave into the clinical day. That include: ·Breathing exercises ·Communications tools ·Ways to manage empathy in the consultation ·Mindfulness ·Meditation ·Practical exercises This workshop includes meditations so if you have a yoga mat bring it along. If not don’t worry you can meditate in your chair. Karen Forshaw is a General Practitioner and Chrissie Mowbray is a Physiotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with NLP and CBT training.
