Description | A 2 day course aimed at developing communication skills and expanding confidence in dealing with a range of communication challenges with patients, relatives and colleagues, including dealing with anger and other emotions. Participants will work in small groups using actors to explore a range of areas of challenging communication issues. When working online the size of the screen matters.
