Description | This course will be an exploration of how those who take time out of surgical training are supported on their return to the workplace. This includes those who take time out for all reasons, such as research, fellowships, ill health and parental leave. The course will allow the SuppoRTT (Return to Training) team to learn about the current support available for those returning to training and any areas for improvement moving forward. The course will involve time to think and share: - What currently happens in advance of a trainee having time out of training? What works well? What are the challenges? - What currently happens as return to training approaches? What works well? What are the challenges? - What is the trainee experience of returning to the workplace? What works well? What are the challenges? Your involvement will provide an opportunity for improvement of processes which we hope will improve the experience of returning to training in the future. | ||
