Additional information

Group Supervision

The purpose of the group supervision, is to provide a safe and confidential space for coaches to share what matters most, receive insight and support and leave feeling encouraged to coach at their best.

The group supervision sessions will be tailored to the needs of the participants. This will likely include some time to think and reflect on your own coaching practice, so you can articulate the questions you will find most useful to answer. There will be time to share challenging coaching issues and receive the insights and wisdom from your colleagues using a Time to Think Council.

Who are these sessions for?

This session is suitable for those who are keen to explore their own coaching practice and support their colleagues to do the same. Wherever you are in your coaching journey, your contributions would be valued and you would be very welcome to join in this session.
