Description | This is an informative and experiential training which provides clarity on what mindfulness is and why it’s useful, including scientific evidence of its benefits. Mindfulness is about being present, which promotes inner ease, stability, and contentment. You will learn how to cultivate greater presence through meditation, and through ‘everyday mindfulness’ approaches. Meditation is a way of training presence, so that you become more naturally mindful. I will guide you through meditations and will dispel common myths. The meditation practice will provide valuable experiential understanding of mindfulness. I highlight everyday mindful possibilities for centering yourself when agitated; taking heed of your well-being needs; and experiencing more joy, peace, and fulfilment. You will leave the course armed with practical tools and ideas for enhancing your well-being through mindfulness, helping you to work in a healthy, effective and sustainable way. Discover the power of mindful presence in this nurturing and life-enhancing course. | ||
