Description | Challenge of Change Training- Join Jo Clarke and discover how you can combat stress in work and home life, feel better, be more productive and content. This highly engaging and practical training will give you a clear understanding of what stress is really all about and the link between stress and poor health. | ||
Additional information | 2 half day sessions- 09:00-12:30 13th & 14th September 2022. Delegates are required to attend both sessions Delivery of the training is via Zoom. We will use Zoom meeting rather than webinar so that people can contribute to the sessions. Just to confirm the session won't be recorded, and it would be really great if people could keep their videos on. Please view the documents section once you have booked your place to view the Challenge of Change Handbook, which you will need to have available on the day of the course (you do not need to read this in advance) We also use Mentimeter ( www.menti.com) as part of the training in order to offer interactive participation. Delegates will need to attend both sessions in order to complete the training. Prior to attending the training all participants are asked to complete an online Personal Resilience Profile. The questionnaire and the results are completely confidential to each person but please do have your results with you for the training. Instructions for the personal resilience profile will be sent to you 1 week prior to the course start date, along with the Zoom meeting links. | ||
