  • To provide an overview of changes to recruitment methodology.
  • To give an overview of system wide factors affecting medical/dental careers.

  • Have an overview of the current medical/dental training structures.
  • Have an understanding about recent recruitment changes and how this might affect career choice.
  • Be able to signpost trainees to appropriate enhanced support.
