| Description | In this webinar we look at an overview of psychological trauma and how it impacts the brain and body. We will look at the impact of psychological trauma on behaviours and begin to see how this can impact interpersonal communication and relationships at a subconscious level. We will begin to look at how we can use this information to support the wellbeing of colleagues through lifestyle measures. |
