Once you understand these mechanisms and how to apply them, you will experience increased confidence and, with repetition, can enjoy new defaults.

The course provides opportunities to share, reflect, participate in interactive exercises, and connect with other attendees.

You will be empowered to cultivate more self-acceptance and a positive self-view.
