DescriptionThis one-day online workshop examines the behaviours that underpin effective clinical leadership, using evidence-based models and interactive exercises—including simulation—to help participants explore their strengths and develop confidence as emerging leaders.

Booking courses

Aims

To help participants identify and develop effective leadership behaviours relevant to clinical settings.

Objectives

* Introduce evidence-based leadership models and behaviours. * Facilitate self-assessment and peer discussion on leadership strengths. * Use simulation and reflection to explore the impact of leadership behaviours.
