DescriptionCareer Coaching with Confidence supports those who have conversations with students, doctors and those considering changes in their specialisms. It is relevant to anyone who helps others make their career choices while developing as a doctor – or even choosing to progress in other areas.

Booking courses

Aims

You will gain practical skills for navigating common challenges, setting boundaries and applying coaching techniques alongside a range of specialised resources and tools to help others explore their values, priorities, personality and career options with clarity and resilience.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

• Consider other factors that may be influencing career conversations and decisions.
