DescriptionThis workshop will develop your understanding of organisation and prioritisation and why they can be difficult to manage. You will develop practical skills, strategies and learn easy IT tricks you can apply to support effective organisation and task management, so you can thrive in your training and clinical work. This one-hour session is part of a four-workshop series designed to support you to improve areas of executive functioning. Other sessions focus on managing stress and overwhelm, improving concentration, planning and time management. You can book onto the individual sessions that meet your specific needs, or you may wish to book the full series.
