DescriptionThis session will develop your understanding of planning and time management and why they can be difficult to manage. It will provide you with practical skills to develop strategies to improve your approach to planning and time management so you can thrive in your training and clinical work. This one-hour session is part of a four-workshop series designed to support you to improve areas of executive functioning. Other sessions focus on managing stress and overwhelm, improving prioritisation, organisation and concentration. You can book onto the individual sessions that meet your specific needs, or you may wish to book the full series.
