DescriptionThis one-day online workshop equips doctors in training with tools to lead and manage change effectively in dynamic clinical environments. Using discussion, simulation, and case-based learning, participants gain confidence in creating and sustaining positive change.

Participants will explore real-world NHS examples, change models, and leadership practices using collaborative exercises and simulation scenarios. No preparation is needed. The course is suitable for trainees involved in or planning service improvement work.
