This Lunch and Learn session is designed for supervisors in primary care who are part of the Community of Practice. It aims to provide valuable insights and encourage peer learning and collaboration.

Target audience: Primary care supervisors, including GPs, AHPs, and others in educational supervision roles.

Mandatory: Allied Health Professional, or Doctor

To provide supervisors with strategies to create a safe, open, and supportive supervision environment that provides trust, psychological safety, and effective learning for supervisees.

• Understand the importance of confidentiality, trust, and psychological safety in supervision.
• Learn techniques to promote open communication and address challenges proactively.
• Explore strategies to build trust and support supervisee well-being.

Participants will be able to establish a supervision environment that promotes trust, confidentiality, and openness.

Participants will feel confident in addressing challenges that may impact psychological safety in supervision.
