Aims
  • To have an understanding of the anatomy, physiology and most common pathologies affecting the temporomandibular joint.
  • To have an understanding of conservative and surgical treatments of TMJ disorders.
Objectives
  • By the end of the session the trainees should be able to assess patients suffering TMJ disorders, formulate a diagnosis and design a treatment plan.
  • By the end of the day, the trainees should be able to interpret MRI s of TMJ.
