The aim of this course is to improve participants’ understanding of preformed metal crowns in general dental practice: the scientific basis and necessary practical skills.


Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will;


Understand the scientific basis for the use of preformed metal crowns (PFMs) in dental practice

Understand the indications for PFMs

Have the practical skills to be able to place PFMs

Understand options for managing more challenging cases
