DescriptionAre you a mentor for an International Dentist?  Supporting a colleague as they start work in the Southwest is extremely rewarding.  However, mentoring can be challenging.  Please join Malcolm Prideaux (Associate Dean) and Lucy Silk (Dental Tutor), online, for an informal opportunity to meet other mentors, discuss what’s going well, share good practice and explore some scenarios together.
Additional information

This course is suitable for people mentoring colleagues who have qualified outside of the UK and are working toward their Performer Number in the Southwest.  If you are considering mentoring, but you don't yet have a mentee, you are also welcome to attend.

 

This course is not meant for Educational Supervisors of Foundation Dentists or Therapists.
