Aims

To understand a generic module of leadership and apply it to healthcare, learn how people contribute to teams in different ways, to be able to communicate clearly, learn how to negotiate more successfully, understand the basic principles of quality improvement.

At the end of the day we aim to demonstrate how management and leadership skills can help you at work and also in your social and personal life.
