**IMPORTANT**Preparatory Work**

Think of a couple of things that are issues for you at the moment. Things that you are struggling to decide, resolve or move forward on. Can be from any area of your life, e.g. what bit of your to do list to tackle first, how to best spend time this weekend. Don’t need to be earth-shattering but do need to be meaningful. The workshop is interactive, and role play won’t work - you need to work with material that is real. You will be under no obligation to discuss your issues with the group, but possibly with one other person. It is entirely up to you how much info you disclose, and there is no need to discuss anything you are uncomfortable about.
