Aims | This session aims to help you to consider your personal wellbeing and how this interacts with your work life. Looking after ourselves allows us to have the ability to look after and support others and our communities. This session will explore the challenges we face when working in public health, how this can affect us and practical ways we can support our wellbeing. The session will be interactive and allow time and space for reflection. | ||
