| Learning outcomes | How will you learn? Pre-course learning material, including video resources, will be made available to aid with revision of sequencing of procedure. At the course there will be an introductory presentation followed by discussion to help identify previous experience and individual learning goals. Delegates will be expected to assemble appropriate equipment for each procedure where any deficiencies of knowledge will be addressed. There will then be a demonstration of each procedure, where relevant, followed by delegates having opportunity to perform each procedure on a task trainer. On completion of course evaluation forms trainees will be able to acquire a certificate of attendance which can be uploaded as evidence for each procedure performed or, alternatively a formative or summative DOPS. |
