Aims
  • Define what Leadership is in a healthcare context and name 5 qualities
  • Develop an understanding of Situational Leadership; how to adapt your style appropriately when needed in 4 situations
  • Explore and develop self-awareness of your own natural leadership style and develop it further
  • Identify and develop the strengths of their team, and identify 5 ways of how to motivate their team
