DescriptionAn innovative, practical hands-on interactive simulation-rich course aimed at senior urology trainees supporting the transition to a consultant role. It will reinforce your emergency urological skills and also provide training in often overlooked areas such as dealing with stress, effective leadership and the day-to-day challenges of consultant practice. ONLY Suitable for: Post-exam ST6 and ST7 Urology Trainees and SAS Doctors: please do not book if you are not post exam as you will be refunded. Day 3 The transition to becoming a consultant (Interactive workshops)
