CT2-CT3 Transition Day (1672)

CT2–3 TRANSITION DAY In response to the Google forms you, and ST3 trainees completed, a Transition Day has been planned to ease your return to ED after some 12-18 months away. From the feedback gathered a separate day will be delivered within East, West and South to address sub region specific training. The day will include ➢ A curriculum overview & expectations for CT3 ➢ Kaizen top tips ➢ Q&A with current CT3 + trainees & TPDs ➢ Paeds update ➢ Leadership and management insights ➢ Support and wellbeing ➢ An opportunity to meet with fellow collaegues

Mandatory: CT2
