Target audience

Any Leeds health or social care professional wishing to learn about frailty to level 2 of the frailty framework. Consultants and specialist trainees outside of geriatric medicine, GPs, community matrons, nurses, frailty practitioners, ACPs, AHPs, PAs, foundation or core trainees, specialty doctors outside geriatric medicine, pharmacists, care co-ordinators, social workers, care home managers

Aims

Designed to broadly cover core capabilities in Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the Skills for Health Curriculum - Tier 1: Those that require general awareness of frailty. Tier 2: Health and social care staff and others who regularly work with people living with frailty but who would seek support from others for complex management or decision-making.
