need for strong Leadership skills within the ever-changing NHS to support the delivery of

continuous improvements. This interactive programme will encourage delegates to explore

their current leadership styles and to identify and build on their current skill set. This

programme will highlight essential skills needed to be an effective Educational leader and

explore the skills required to succeed.
