EM Leaders Module 5 (Leaders Module 5)

This course will be run virtually via Blackboard. EM Module/ 3/ Leading Services Please complete the E-Learning on E learning for health and complete the reflected worksheet before the session.

This is the booking for Module 5, Leading Culture, of the EM Leaders Framework. It is a virtual session for trainees CT1-ST6 aimed at consolidating the learning from eLfH 'Leading Culture' and you will have needed to complete this prior to attending along with the reflective worksheet (approx 60-90 minutes).

This virtual Blackboard session will last for 2 hrs and allow for reflection with fellow trainees in confidence, drawing on relevant leadership theory. It will focus on the relationship between leadership and culture.

The EM Leaders Framework has 9 modules and is a rolling programme so you can enter at any of the modules so don't worry if you haven't attended any of the other virtual sessions. All of the 9 modules are available on the ELFH platform. Once you book, some previous recorded webinars and sessions from modules 1-3 are also available to watch at your convenience, if you wish.
