| Aims | Session 1: Confidentiality : Would include the exceptions to the duty of confidentiality and would use interactive case studies , exploring themes , such as patients presenting with gun and knife injuries, patients with HIV/sexually communicated diseases and a range of other case studies. Social Media : basically a guide of how not to get this important area wrong, includes advice on using social media and smart phone technology. Session 2 : Consent : what constitutes valid consent , law and case studies in relation to voluntary and informed consent.
