| Description | A calming full day wellbeing workshop– designed to help SAS doctors pause and recharge. A day to take a step back and fully reset. We will begin with an understanding of Mindfulness and applying a mindfulness approach to your personal and professional life. We will then move on techniques to support potential burnout and to understand the difference between stress and burnout. The afternoon will be highly practical, with multiple self-care and wellbeing techniques, focusing on 4 different elements. | ||
