In today’s increasingly regulated environment, there is an unavoidable need for the whole dental team to have a range of management and leadership skills. Each member of the team has a role to play in ensuring that dental services are fit for purpose and delivered by a confident and competent team. The lead dental nurse role is crucial in enabling dental nursing teams to perform their duties to the required standards.

This programme offers opportunities for senior dental nurses to gain a level 3 accredited qualification and develop a range of skills that will build their confidence by knowing how to use best practice techniques for leading and developing teams of dental nurses.

Glenys Bridges is an established dental trainer and business consultant. Glenys specialises in enabling dental professionals to manage their teams to achieve the highest standards of patient centred dental care in line with regulatory standards.
