To support dental practices in Greater Manchester to plan and manage dental access, following the current guidance (SOPs) whilst managing patient expectations during the continued recovery phase.

Objectives
  • Recognise the importance of having a robust SOP
  • Plan efficiencies to reduce wasted time in appointments and improve patient flow through the practice
  • Identify how to manage patient expectations
