  • Explore the factors that impact on mental health and the role of mentors in supporting resilience
  • Examine how the cognitive behavioural model of emotional disorder provides an evidence-based framework for understanding common mental health problems.
  • Identify opportunities and build skills for supporting mental health and building resilience.
