DescriptionThis practical and clinically useful lecture, aims to ignite your enthusiasm and love for removable prosthodontics, showing how we can change our patients’ lives with beautifully made dentures.
Additional information

The session will start at 6pm with a buffet meal allowing time for peer review and networking amongst participants. This will be followed by a lecture with time for discussion.

Catering

A selection of vegetarian/non vegetarian options will be made available, however please be aware that we are unable to cater for special dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Nut Allergy, Vegan. We therefore suggest that delegates bring their own food if you have a specialist requirement.

Any delegates who booked their place after 13th January 2020 may not be eligible for catering. Catering was ordered for current numbers as of 13th January 2020. All catering will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Aims

This lecture aims to give dentists the tools to design successful removable prostheses with optimal function and aesthetics. 

Objectives
  • Improve understanding of state of the art complete dentures
  • Understand how to make excellent impressions in order to maximise retention and suction
  • Understand that technically excellent complete dentures are a valid alternative to implant supported restorations
  • Examine the planning tooth position and lip support
