DescriptionDo you ever find yourself having conversations about someone when you should be having them with them? Ever spent more time in your head contemplating the conversation than actually having it? This practical workshop is for you – we explore challenging communication and learn a model to use in future.
Additional information

Do you ever feel apprehensive knowing there is a challenging conversation on the horizon? If so don’t worry. This is a normal human experience and can simply act as a prompt that we need to add to our communication skill set. How are you with receiving, and giving feedback? And how are you when things don’t work out well? These are inevitable parts of human life. This session will explore some tools that can help you prepare for, and navigate, challenging conversations that you encounter. It is unlikely that any of us will get through life without having any!

What do I need to do to prepare?

Please reflect on past communications that you have found challenging in advance of the session. We will use breakout rooms and you will not be required to share anything personal you are not comfortable with.
