Description | The aim of the conference is to help dental professionals recognise the relevance of Human Factors in their day-to-day practice. The event is suitable for all members of the team whether attending together as a practice team or as individuals. To facilitate this DCPs can attend for free. Understanding human performance and improving self-awareness are important in preventing avoidable errors and minimising mistakes. The day will help the participants to understand the features of errors and the wider elements that can help prevent these. The course will include interactive workshops, to explore how to work as individuals and members of a team to improve patient and staff safety. | ||
