Objectives | 1. To provide training on the NHS Charges Regulations, including the pitfalls and controls. 2. To review NICE guidance on oral and dental health. 3. To examine associate contracts, and other financial, business and contractual aspects of employment law affecting dental professionals and practices. 4. To illustrate principles of staff recruitment and employment law using dental practice employment policies and procedures. |
Learning outcomes | Following this course learners should be able to: 1. Rationalise the NHS Charges Regulations and mitigate the risk of falling foul of dental service regulators. 2.
