Lecturer profileI’m currently a Specialty Registrar in Restorative Dentistry at the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield.

After graduating from the University of Dundee, I worked in a general dental practice in Aberdeenshire followed by 2 years at the hospitals in Aberdeen. I have also worked at the Restorative Dentistry Department at Manchester Dental Hospital and at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Royal Blackburn Hospital.

I enjoy all aspects of Restorative Dentistry and have recently started a research project related to dentists’ use of social media.

Lecturer profilePhilippa Hoyle is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Lead in Periodontology at Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield. After graduating from University of Leeds, she completed a number of training posts prior to completing her speciality training in Restorative Dentistry in Sheffield. Philippa is currently on the Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontic Specialist lists.
