Objectives
  • Applying Total Quality Management to audit to assemble an effective and profitable practice.
  • Two days (2nd day will be arranged for term 3) of highly interactive learning designed to reveal the key principles of TQM. Topics include business and career planning, the value of audit (including an audit project) and the practical application of TQM in everyday practice
