Objectives | By the end of this session, attendees: should have an overview of the different career pathways that are available to become a paediatric dentist be aware of the academic training pathway and long term career opportunities should have an understanding of the national recruitment process including: Management, Teamwork, NHS and GDC knowledge Clinical Governance, Teaching and Research Clinical experience and commitment to the specialty Communication- mock station Portfolio and CV Assessment should have an overview of the specialist training pathway will have participated in paediatric case- based discussions |
