Lecturer profileAfter qualifying as a dentist in 1984, I then went to become a senior house office in oral surgery. In 1989 I completed a PhD before returning to University to complete a medical training. After completing a higher surgical training I was promoted to a senior lecturer honorary consultant in oral surgery in 2000. Currently I am a Professor of Oral Surgery and the Clinical Director of the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield.
