Aims

To update and Calibrate New Trainer's roles and responsibilities with specific reference to Teaching and Assessing FDs in 1 to 1 teaching and small-group leading roles.

Objectives

New Trainers will have educational competencies peer reviewed and calibrated, so they can be applied confidently & consistently in training by the end of this course.
