Dental Emergencies - To develop an understanding of the types of dental emergencies common in General Dental Practice and the management of these emergencies.

Objectives

Dental Emergencies - To understand the types of dental emergencies that present in GDP. To be able to manage these dental emergencies. To be able to assess referral/follow up requirements. To understand the role of pharmacology in the management of some dental emergencies To be able to write an appropriate prescription where necessary.
